Self Employed: Pyro~Media, Katy, Texas
March 2002 – Present
Specializing in multimedia solutions for businesses and non-profit organizations.
Owner, designer and creative contact. Providing multimedia production, consulting and presentation services to organizations small and large.
- Created a series of television commercials for a new small business that was proven (by polling patrons) to draw at least 50% of their patronage for the first 2 years.
- Designed a simple billing plan for television commercial production which allowed small businesses to advertise where they never had before, on the smallest of budgets.
- Developed a working relationship with personnel at local cable companies in order to utilize inside information (promotions, event schedules, etc.), demographic studies, Nielsen Ratings and schedule flexibility to get the best ROI for my clients.
- Conducted video interviews of local experts for a video production company located in Pennsylvania, saving them the expense of travel and manpower.
- Part of a 3-man team that created the winning pilot program for the ON Networks 2007 ProSourcer Search contest.
- Directed and edited a live concert video for a national record label.
- Designed complete video systems, including digital cameras, signal routing, mixing, recording, projectors and duplication for 3 mega-churches.
- Trained crews of 20+ volunteers to operate entire multimedia departments for 3 mega-churches.

A health supplement provider that utilizes network marketing for distribution of its products and monthly conferences and training for its distributor network.
Responsible for all audio and video production. Duties included video taping live events, recording and editing promotional and training videos, inventory and maintenance of A/V/L equipment and resources, cataloging of all video recordings and set-up and tear-down of A/V/L equipment for all events.
- Created and implemented a cataloging spreadsheet for all video tapes that made it easy to locate and utilize any recorded footage. Tapes numbered in the hundreds and spanned over 7 years.
- Developed an organized A/V/L equipment packing and shipping structure that changed monthly event set-up time from 8 hours for 3 men to 2.5 hours for 2 men and tear-down time from 8 hours for 3 men to 1.5 hours for 2 men, thereby saving the company 28 man-hours per month.
- Conceived and implemented a live digital video capture computer setup for monthly conference sessions, thereby eliminating post-conference tape capture and logging, saving the company 13 man-hours per month.
- Created numerous video productions that were widely acknowledged as better quality than anything the company had utilized in its entire 7 years.

A 2,500 member church.
Responsible for all aspects of live and recorded Audio/Video/Lighting productions and weekly service presentations.
- Directed and edited a weekly television show that was ranked number two in the Nielsen Ratings within its first season.
- Conceived, wrote, recorded and edited a weekly ‘news program’ for delivering announcements to the Sunday morning congregation in a creative and engaging way.
- Created and implemented a cataloging spreadsheet for all video tapes that made it easy to locate and utilize any recorded footage. Tapes numbered in the thousands and spanned over 10 years.
- Was part of a team that met weekly to discuss/create the elements for Sunday morning sermons/presentations.
- Produced dozens of television commercials, training videos and promotional video productions that were shown and requested around the world by associated ministries.
- Designed logos for distant (world-wide) ministries.
- Designed T-shirt graphics that became the hottest sale items in the in-house bookstore.
- Recruited, trained, scheduled and managed a crew of over 20 volunteers (started with 4) to operate the Audio/Video/Lighting portions of the ministry.
- Created a small-scale live internet broadcast of Sunday morning services for home-bound members.
- Added creative stage lighting, including ‘Intelligent Lights,’ to the main stage for special performances and events.
- Wrote a digital profile for a new intelligent light in order for it to be controlled by an incompatible lighting board and provided the new profile to the manufacturer for future use.
